I have experience working on large, high profile projects with crazy deadlines like JFK International Airport, Penya Station (Denver, CO) and One World Trade Center, NY. Several of my renderings were integral in winning design competitions including: New Orleans Convetion Center, San Antonio Riverwalk (505 Design) & Green Design Assisted Living in Texas (Studio8). Also, I created the illustrations for ExploreMarsNow.com, a prestigious Webby Award winning educational website. This interactive site showcases a near term Mars Habitat and uses the technology implicit in design to teach kids science. Finally, I have business relationships that span decades, and very satisfied clientele.

TIME & FEES

After contact, I will respond promptly with a price quote for the rendering. A typical rendering will be completed in 8 to 12 hours or 2 business days. Fees are quoted on per-project basis.

FIRST
Send me YOUR 2d or 3-d File
Upon agreement of fees, you send me your electronic hidden line view, Sketch-Up/CAD File, or 2d-perspective drawings. You can download & fill out the checklist /requirements PDF to streamline the process.
SECOND
I Render your file
I render your chosen view using Adobe Photoshop® and send you progress for review. We then fine tune the rendering to your satisfaction. Every aspect of your rendering can be adjusted to your requirements, quickly and efficiently.
THIRD
You receive a layered Ps File
The Photoshop file will be organized so that revisions on any surface, material, texture or tree can be achieved in minutes: in house or out. I promise to make it easy for you, I have been using Adobe Photoshop since version 1.0.
